You can choose between the following payment methods:

Shipping and delivery

All deliveries are shipped adult signature required. Delivery time is usually 3-10 business days depending on your location for goods in stock. You can track your shipment using the tracking number you receive from us after the order has left Profoto warehouse.

Shipment Delays

If your tracking information hasn’t updated for 2 business days on the carrier site or its 2 business days after your estimate delivery date, please contact us with your order #. We will contact the carrier to help resolve the issue and keep you updated. Additionally all carriers are impacted by different events in certain areas. Check for known shipping delays in your area using the link - FedEx service alerts.

Partial delivery
We only send complete orders, ie. if a product is not in stock, your order will not be shipped until all products are available again. If you want the products that are in stock as soon as possible we suggest that you place two separate orders, one with the products that are in stock and one with the other. You can look at the product page if it is in stock or not.

Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To get full refund on the items you ordered they need to be in NEW, UNOPENED condition.

If the item is open/used/damaged a 20% surcharge will be deducted automatically from the refund issued. Please note, in the case the original purchase included promotional items, these items must also be returned for credit or we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of the promotional goods, less any portion paid by the customer as part of the original transaction. This difference will also be deducted from the credit issued.  A restocking fee of $15 will be added to all returns.

with the below information. Please be sure to send all of the information below for your return process to start. A return authorization is needed before shipping the products. Only packages with valid RMA numbers on the outside of the package will be accepted. Others will be returned at the shippers expense.

Shipper is responsible for return freight.

After sending in the information you will be advised by email of the shipping information. Once an RMA is issued, you have 10 days for the merchandise to arrive at Profoto.

Disclaimer
All products must be returned in NEW condition with all original packaging.

Any return not in new condition with all original package may be returned with credit issued or have the credit amount reduced.

Returns for non-working products need to be made through the service portal. More info on this is found here: https://profoto.com/us/support/faq/repair-service

Shipping costs for the return are covered by the sender.
