執筆者:Profoto
The Dramatic Lighting Challenge is officially a wrap – marking the first step in the Race for the gold, a six-month series of lighting challenges where every entry brings you closer to the ultimate prize: the Golden Pro-11 (wrapped in gold foil) and one ProHead Plus.
Photographers around the world showcased their skills and creativity by submitting dramatic lighting images shaped with Profoto lights and light shaping tools for a chance to win $2,000 USD in Profoto gear and a global feature on Share the Light.
Meet the jury
Every challenge in the Race for the gold is reviewed by a panel of photographers who know light inside and out. For the Dramatic lighting challenge, over 400 entries are evaluated by Jan Gonzales, Carla Guler, and Michael Anthony — three acclaimed photographers celebrated for their mastery of light, storytelling, and style across portrait, fashion, and cinematic imagery.

Together, they’ll decide which image takes the first win towards the Race for the gold.
