The Profoto L600D is now available to order. This new daylight balanced Mono-LED is setting a new benchmark for professional point-source LED lighting with its performance, portability, and light quality.

Built for speed and efficiency, the L600D is a self-contained powerhouse that eliminates external ballasts and messy cables. Everything — from controls to power — are integrated into one sleek unit, ensuring a distraction-free and fast set-up. Connecting seamlessly to all industry standards: onboard controls, DMX, CRMX, and the Profoto app, it provides full wireless control and instant responsiveness across the entire set.
Lighter
Profoto’s patent-pending cooling system HydroCTech™ enables a light-weight unit at only 5.9 kg, weighing just a fraction of other fixtures on the market. The L600D’s compact design makes it easy to handle single-handedly. The super-efficient HydroCTech™ cooling system is keeping the unit silent and with no risk for overheating, just reliable performance.
Brighter
The L600D delivers 600 watts of powerful, daylight-balanced light with consistent accuracy. With TLCI 99 and SSI 86, it ensures natural-looking skin tones and true-to-life colors in every frame. Its precise 16-bit dimming from 0.1% to 100% is flicker-free, no matter the frame rate. Keeping the Profoto promise of unlimited creativity, the L600D is compatible with any of Profoto’s 55+ light modifiers.

The Profoto L600D will be premiering at Cine Gear Expo in Los Angeles, June 6-7, at Universal Studios, together with the new LP2000C and L600C, evolving the Profoto Cinema range.
